The Outdoor Partnership will work with clubs, schools, individuals, and specialists to increase opportunities for people in Northern Ireland to achieve their potential through outdoor activities, active participation, volunteering, training, and education.

Mourne Ambassador Programme (MAP)

The Outdoor Partnership (TOP) and The Mourne Heritage Trust have partnered together to give young people the opportunity to take responsibility for outdoor environments in the Mournes and learn a range of skills from conservation of trails to mountain biking and making it sustainable.
Are you 14 – 17 years old? Live in the Mourne area? Do you enjoy mountainous and coastal areas?  Do you want to look after these spaces?  Do you want to learn a board range of skills from various outdoor professionals?  Then maybe MAP is for you!

Our Vision: To give young people opportunity to take responsibility for outdoor environments and to be advocates for their green and blue spaces. Along with opportunities to share learning and encourage others to respect outdoor environments.
