The Outdoor Partnership was established in 2004 in north west Wales to bring public, private and third sector organisations together to work effectively in the outdoor sector with a common vision. In 2019, we successfully expanded our work to coastal Cumbria, and again to Coventry, Plymouth and the north Yorkshire coast in 2023.
How can we help you?

We have a dedicated outdoor activities development officer in each region who will work with local outdoor activity community clubs and groups, schools, individuals, and specialists to increase opportunities for people to achieve their potential through outdoor activities, active participation, volunteering, training, and education. We work around six core themes:

Outdoor Activity Community Clubs

Your development officer will be working with local outdoor activity community clubs to improve access and capacity to ensure life-long opportunities. We can provide advice and guidance on best practice and can even support your club through subsidised coach education support! If you are a member of an outdoor activity community club within one of our regions, find out more on how we can help you.
