Improve mental and physical health by providing links with local clubs and community groups
The Health and Well-being program uses existing structures to bring together co-operation from partners from the outdoor and health sectors to increase levels of physical activity, improve mental and physical health and provide links with local clubs and community groups which enables people to live long-term independent active lives.
Who is this training for?
This course is designed for volunteers working towards a coaching qualification. But in addition, we can offer to help volunteers within the club who would benefit from mentoring to increase their confidence before resuming coaching.
It’s a good opportunity for club volunteers to learn some “tips” from experienced coaches and to enable you to run fun and safe sessions as clubs restart after the pandemic.
