The Outdoor Partnership is very pleased to announce that it has secured £113,110 in funding for another year to continue its vital work supporting unpaid carers in 21 out of the 22 local authorities in Wales. This renewed financial backing will enable us to continue to offer activities and support through the Short Breaks Scheme.
