About the club
Established in the early 1980s Solva Rowing and Watersports Club welcomes anyone to come sea rowing around the fabulous St. Brides Bay. We normally row out of Solva Harbour, the rowing season is gener
ally from late March until October. We are a friendly bunch, if you fancy a go at sea rowing in one of our three Celtic Longboats then come and give it a try.
Club nights are every Tuesday (in rowing season) from 5.30pm and your first 2 rows are free! Generally you can start rowing from the age of 14 up to any age. So long as you have a reasonable level of fitness anyone can row. Rowing is a great form of physical exercise and you choose the level you want to row. We welcome all new comers.
We are based at Trinity Quay, Solva Harbour in west Wales. We operate from a club room in Kelvins shed on the quay itself. Our postcode is SA62 6UQ.
